Working closely with homeowners and a luxury home Interior designer, LifeStyle Technologies was enlisted to retrofit a 9200 sq ft 3 story home with cabling infrastructure to support a high performance multi-purpose home theater system, multi-room audio and video distribution, and a robust wired/wireless gigabit network for personal computers, smartphones, tablets, and smart home devices.

In the first phase of this project, a whole-house automation and system controller was installed for easy access and control of audio/video entertainment equipment located in many rooms around this large home.

 

The second phase of this project would use the premium whole house automation and system controller installed in the first phase to combine the control of home audio/video entertainment, intelligent lighting, security, heating and cooling, smart door locks, motorized shades and other smart home technologies into an intuitive and easy to use system.

+ Total Control and automation system

+ Gigabit wireless network - Multi-WAN Gigabit Router, AP controller, 4 dual band high powered AP and managed gigabit switch. 

+ Wired network with 10 drops of Category 6 high performance twisted cables 

+ Video distribution to seven Sony TVs and two LG TVs

+ Audio distribution to six In-ceiling speakers 

+ High performance home theater systems
